I was recently introduced to the many uses of white vinegar. Let it simmer in a sauce pan and it will remove those nasty cooking odors. Team it with table salt and it is a fabulous cleaner. I cleaned a coffee and tea stained stainless steel sink in minutes! Best thing is that it is “green!”
